Project Overview

Co-op Live is one of the largest indoor entertainment arenas in the UK. Kappture was engaged to provide EPOS systems for all merchandise sales points across the venue during its launch phase.

While Kappture did not supply the full venue-wide EPOS infrastructure, the project involved delivering and implementing systems dedicated to merchandise retail locations throughout the arena.

My Responsibilities

• Managed the deployment of EPOS terminals across merchandise retail locations within the venue
• Coordinated installation timelines with venue stakeholders and merchandise operators
• Produced project documentation including rollout plans and deployment schedules
• Maintained RAID logs to track risks, issues and dependencies during the deployment
• Ensured systems were staged, configured and tested prior to venue opening
• Provided training and operational guidance for staff using the EPOS systems

Implementation

EPOS systems were deployed across multiple merchandise stands throughout the arena, supporting retail sales during live events and concerts.

The project required close coordination with venue teams to ensure all systems were installed, configured and operational ahead of the arena's opening events.
